Shipping & Returns

Shipping Info

We currently ship twice a week – Wednesdays and Fridays. We use USPS for smaller items, Fedex or UPS for medium sized items such as a side table, and freight for larger furniture. You are responsible for paying for shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email when the item is shipped.​

Returns & Exchanges

All custom sales and “As Is” purchases are considered final. Pre-designed items can be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery as long as they are undamaged. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost. 

Damage Policy

Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If you find that your item has been damaged, please let us know within seven days of delivery. After the seven day period, RoseMea Designs has no obligation to remedy any damage, defects, shortage, or non-conformity with the original order.
